Arugula, Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 cup of arugula washed 
1 cup spinach washed 
2 cups cooked artichokes drained 
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Serve dip with rye crackers.
