Ingredients 1 garlic clove 1 tbsp of onion chopped 1 tbsp of chopped red pepper 1 lb. of ground meat such as chicken, turkey, or lamb 1 tsp of cayenne pepper 1 tsp of cumin 1 pinch of salt and pepper 3 tbsp of avocado or olive oil 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley Preparation Trim and chop the garlic Finely dice the onion and red peppers Mix together all of the ingredients Form meatballs and fry them in a hot skillet with a little olive or avocado oil Garnish with chopped parsley Makes 12 meatballs
