Self discipline begins in the mind. When we understand what is going on in our own bodies, it becomes easier for us to follow the program.
One client says, "When I transgress, at least I know why I might possibly be feeling bloated, having sleep problems, or suffering from indigestion. It is now up to me whether I want to carry these consequences or not. From now on hunger, the way nature intended it, should dictate when we eat, not advertisements and peer pressure.
